 Akcja wyświetla okno z możliwością dodania komentarza do zadania. W przypadku umieszczenia na przycisku akceptacji jest ona zablokowana do momentu dodania komentarza. Sprawdzenie, czy komentarz został dodany przebiega na podstawie obecnej sesji formularza, tzn.

  • Jeżeli dodamy komentarz, a następnie odświeżymy stronę, to będzie trzeba dodać następny komentarz.
  • Jeżeli dodamy komentarz, a zadanie zostanie cofnięte i ktokolwiek będzie musiał wykonać je ponownie, to musi dodać następny komentarz
  • Jeżeli dodamy komentarz, a akceptacja zadania się nie powiedzie (np. ze względu na błąd walidacji) to kolejny komentarz nie musi zostać dodany.

Załóżmy, że chcemy, aby każdy użytkownik z wyjątkiem admina musiał dodawać komentarz za każdym razem, kiedy akceptuje zadanie.

Umieszczamy zatem na przycisku akceptacji akcję o takiej konfiguracji:

Od teraz, każdy użytkownik z wyjątkiem użytkownika o loginie "admin" dostanie przed akceptacją okno z komentarzem do wypełnienia:

Action description

The action displays a window with option of adding a comment to the task. If placed on the acceptance button, it is blocked until the comment is added. Checking if the comment has been added is based on the current form session, i.e. 

    • If you add a comment and then refresh the page, you will need to add another comment.
    • If you add a comment and the task is undone and whoever has to do it again, then you must add another comment.
    • If you add a comment and the acceptance of the task fails (eg due to a validation error), then the next comment does not have to be added.

We place an action with this configuration on the accept button:

From now, each user with the exception of the user with "admin" login will get before accepting a window with a comment to fill:

After adding comment by the user, the acceptance continues.
