Komponent służy do odczytywania informacji o dokumentach podłączonych do procesu (informacje ogólne np. nazwa dokumentu, komentarz, wersja oraz wartości wybranych indeksów). Odczytywane dane są zapisywane w zmiennych tabelarycznych. Istnieje możliwość przypisania stałych wartości dla każdego dokumentu.

System nie odróżnia pustej kolumny (brak wierszy) od kolumny tekstowej z jednym wierszem z pustą wartością. W takim przypadku dla danej kolumny wartość będzie wpisana od 0 indeksu. Zaleca się aby tablica była pusta, lub w przypadku jednego wiersza miała wpisane wartości w kolumnach do których wstawiane są wyniki.
