Akcja umożliwia złożenie podpisu biometrycznego na wybranym dokumencie przy wykorzystaniu dedykowanego urządzenia, tabletu graficznego firmy Wacom. Podpisany dokument zapisywany jest w archiwum systemu. Podpisać można tylko dokument w formacie .pdf.

Przed przystąpieniem do konfiguracji akcji, należy zainstalować na lokalnym komputerze następujące dwa programy:

  • Windows SigCaptX installer - Wacom-STU-SigCaptX-1.5.1.msi
    • komponenty SigCaptX
    • JavaScript SDK Framework
    • Lokalny web serwer działający na localhost na porcie 9000
    • Usługa Windows o nazwie WacomSTUSigCaptX (dostępna z poziomu Menadżera zadań -> Usługi)

Nazwa pliku zawierająca konfigurację dotyczącą sposobu umiejscowienia podpisu na dokumencie. Konfiguracje pochodzą z panelu zarządzania konfiguracjami wtyczek (PCM - Plugin Configuration Manager) znajdującą się w systemie w zakładce Administracja -> Konfiguracja Systemu -> Konfiguracja wtyczek -> Plus Biometric Signature.

Uruchomienie akcji spowoduje otwarcie okna do przechwytywania podpisu biometrycznego. Zawiera u dołu przyciski:

  • OK - zatwierdzenie, umieszczenie podpisu na dokumencie i zakończenie działania akcji
  • Wyczyść - wyczyszczenie płótna, na którym umieszcza się podpis
  • Anuluj - przerwanie działania akcji

Obraz w postaci powyższego okna na formularzu zadania jest wyrenderowany i wyświetlany dynamicznie na dedykowanym urządzeniu firmy Wacom. Podpis można składać tylko na tablecie, natomiast przyciski można używać zarówno na tablecie, jak i formularzu zadania klikając w nie myszką.

The action allows you to place a biometric signature on a selected document using a dedicated device, a Wacom graphics tablet. The signed document is saved in the system archive. You can only sign a document in .pdf format.

Before configuring the action, install the following two programs on PC:

Running the action will open a window for capturing the biometric signature. Contains buttons at the bottom:

  • OK - approval, placing a signature on the document and completing the action
  • Clear - cleaning the canvas on which the signature is placed
  • Cancel - interruption of the action

The image in the form of the above window on the task form is rendered and displayed dynamically on a dedicated Wacom device. The signature can only be made on a tablet, but the buttons can be used both on the tablet and on the task form by clicking on them with the mouse.
