Let's assume that we have a process in which additional documents are transferred, e.g. graphics, screenshots. These documents go to the "Temporary Documents" class, which are needed for the next steps of processing. Once the process is finished, the documents are no longer needed. For this purpose, an action is set on the document class that when the document is detached, the file has also been deleted from the archive. 
For this purpose, the last user must detach the unnecessary document. But to keep order in the classroom, you can use this action to clean up “after yourself” in the document class. To do this, place selected automatic tasks before the process is completed and configure them as shown in the figure: 
This will cause that for all documents in the current process belonging to the class "Temporary Documents"the set action "Cleaning" will be called, which will remove these documents from the archive. |
