2.1. User mapping

In the Mapping tab, located in the Administration -> Document workflow, we have a list of users together with organizational units, positions and roles to which they have been assigned.

The user collating table contains the following columns:

  • Name - user's login,
  • First name - first name of the user,
  • Last name - user's surname,
  • Position - positions assigned to the user,
  • Position symbol - position symbols assigned to the user,
  • Organizational unit - units to which the positions belong,
  • Symbol of the organizational unit - Symbols of organizational units to which the positions belong,
  • Role ID - role identifiers assigned to positions,
  • Role - The role names assigned to the positions.

A form has been placed above the table to search for users. Searching can be performed on all columns except 'Role'. After completing the selected fields, press the "Search for users" button.

By entering the search phrase, we can use the * sign, which specifies any string of characters. If you want to search for users whose name begins with the letter "a", just enter the phrase "a *" in the "Name" field.
